Processing Time Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class): 2-4 business days - £3.99

Express Delivery (Royal Mail 1st Class): 1-2 business days - £5.99

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We now ship worldwide! International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked service.

Shipping Rates:

• Chile: £10.00 (FREE on orders over £100)
• European Union: £10.00 (FREE on orders over £100)
• Rest of World: £23.99 (FREE on orders over £100)

Delivery Times:

• Standard International: 10-21 business days
• Express International (EU): 7-14 business days

Important Information:

• All international shipments include tracking
• Delivery times may vary due to customs processing
• Customs, duties, and taxes: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are determined by your local customs authority.
• We cannot predict or control these charges, and UK Drip Season is not responsible for any customs-related delays or fees
• For customs declarations, we mark items at their actual purchase value (required by law)

Restrictions:

• If your order is returned due to customs refusal or non-payment of duties, you will be responsible for return shipping costs

Tracking Your Order All orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your item ships. You can track your parcel through Royal Mail's website.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately after placing your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages Once a package is marked as delivered by the courier, UK Drip Season is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend using a secure delivery location or requesting signature confirmation for high-value orders.

Customs & Duties As we currently only ship within the UK, no customs fees or import duties apply.
